At heart, we are a Salesforce.com Development Shop and I am a Salesforce-certified Administrator and Consultant working with a variety of Corporations (MetService, TradeMe, BNZ, TreatMe, Contact Energy, Truman Arnold Companies, etc) and Non-profits on their Salesforce.com instances.
